For ANY limited income pet owner/guardian (disabled, unemployed,
receiving government assistance, etc.), these organizations make modest
donations toward the cost of spaying/neutering (call them after you
make your appointment because they pledge their donation directly to the vet
clinic you choose.)

In the Lake Elsinore/Temecula area, Animal Friends of the Valleys will
transport your pet on Wednesdays and Thursdays to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic
for spay/neuter. They charge a $5 transport fee in addition to the
surgery charges. Pets stay overnight. To schedule an appointment,
