For ANY limited income pet owner/guardian (disabled, unemployed, receiving government assistance, etc.), these organizations make modest donations toward the cost of spaying/neutering (call them after you make your appointment because they pledge their donation directly to the vet clinic you choose.)

            Riverside County


  •         Pet Assistance Foundation, 877 772-9738.  When recording starts, dial #10, then leave your name and phone  # and repeat your phone #.   A volunteer will call you back.


In the Lake Elsinore/Temecula area, Animal Friends of the Valleys will transport your pet on Wednesdays and Thursdays to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic for spay/neuter.  They charge a $5 transport fee in addition to the surgery charges.  Pets stay overnight.  To schedule an appointment, call AFV, 951 674-0618.
